the beginning stages of hot air balloons...

Abbie and I are doing some paper mache hot air balloons as decorations in my classroom. So far, we blew up the balloons, and tonight we put our 2nd coat of newspaper mix. Abbies balloon had popped, but the mache kept its shape after only one coat of newspapers. We blew up another balloon thru a small hole and added another coat of paper. Very excited!
